If we decide to work together, the first full session is exploratory. We map out what matters to you, what success looks like, and how the coaching will be structured. From session two onwards, you bring the topic and we work on it together.

How long does coaching last?
As long as may be required. There is no fixed end date - coaching continues as long as it is useful. Most engagements start with a 4, 6, or 8-session package, and many clients return for further packages as new challenges or opportunities arise.
