How does pricing work?

Pricing is set per package. Each programme shows its price and exactly what is included on the booking page, so you can choose the depth of engagement that fits. Booking a single session is the low-pressure way to explore fit before committing to a longer programme. Corporate deals are available for multiple coachees within the same organisation.

How are sessions delivered?

All coaching sessions take place via secure video call. You book sessions directly through the Coaching+ calendar at times that work for you, and you receive a calendar invite with the meeting link. Sessions are available across time zones to suit international schedules.

How long does a coaching engagement last?

As long as it needs to. Most engagements start with a single package (4, 6, or 8 sessions), and many clients continue with further packages as new challenges arise. Coaching is a tool - we use it for as long as it is moving the needle.

What is the coaching approach?

We use the full arc of coaching tools - questioning, framing, challenge, reflection, structured frameworks - applied with discipline. The added benefit is that our coaches have led at the executive level for years, so we can guide actions based on real-world experience where it helps. Each session, you bring the topic and we work on it together.

What is the coaching AI agent?

With your explicit permission, our coaching AI agent summarises each session into a structured record - the key insights, decisions, and actions you committed to. You walk away with a real-time coaching journal you can reference between sessions. The AI is off by default and only activates with your consent. Recordings and summaries remain confidential.

Are sessions confidential?

Strictly. Everything discussed in a coaching session is confidential. Nothing is shared with third parties - including your employer, board, or colleagues - without your explicit consent. This is consistent with the ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), of which Coaching+ is a member.

Question 8

Can my organisation pay for coaching?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many clients have their coaching funded by their organisation. Invoices can be issued in your company name, and corporate procurement processes are accommodated. If you are arranging coaching for a team or cohort, contact us directly to discuss a corporate engagement.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed securely via PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or any major credit or debit card &mdash; a PayPal account is not required. Corporate clients can be invoiced separately - email stephenblewett@coachingplus.international to arrange.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Life moves. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Less than 24 hours notice may mean the session is counted as used. Reschedule by contacting us directly via email.
