The Coaching+ Guarantee
Coaching is a serious investment. Here is how we stand behind the work.
Our promise
If you cancel a package or session within 48 hours of your first scheduled session, and no sessions have yet been completed, your refund request will be reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis. We want to be fair, so we'll work with you to understand your situation.
Once the first session is complete, packages are non-refundable. We commit our time and preparation to your engagement. However, unused sessions can be transferred to a colleague within the same organisation, paused, or held for use later by agreement.
What we commit to
Fit comes first
Every engagement starts with a first conversation. If we agree it is not the right fit, we do not proceed - a short first conversation is the easiest way to find that out.
You bring the topic
You set the agenda for every session. Coaching that does not engage your real challenges is coaching that does not work, and we will not waste your time pretending otherwise.
Results are the measure
We measure success by what changes - decisions you make, conversations you have, actions you take. The AI-supported coaching journal makes those changes visible in real time.
Honesty about progress
If the engagement is not working, we will say so - and so should you. Coaching only works when both sides are honest about what is and is not landing.

This guarantee will continue to evolve as Coaching+ grows. The intent is constant: coaching that is effective, focused, and results-orientated - and a relationship where you never feel locked in to work that is not serving you.
